Q. How long does it take for me to receive my order?
A. All orders are shipped within 2-4 weeks if not sooner. If an item is on back order you will be notified.
Q. How do I figure my shipping cost?
A. Shipping is free on rugs up to 8’0” x 10’0” within the Continental United States. Rugs over 8’0 X 10’0” and furniture and accessories are specified at check out..
Q. What happens if I want to return the item?
A. Bazaar Home guarantees 100% satisfaction. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied you may return the item within 15 days. Please email for an authorization before returning an item.
Q. Who pays for shipping my item back if I return it?
A. All return shipments are the customer’s responsibility. Don’t forget to insure your shipment.

Q. What is a tufted rug?
A. Hand tufted rugs are created by hooking material thru mesh with a tufting gun, cutting the loop and securing the fabric with latex backing.
Q. What is a hooked rug?
A. Yarns are pushed through the back of a canvas cloth and pulled back thru to create a looped effect.
Q. What does hand knotted mean?
A. Rugs made by weavers who knot pile yarns around the warp fibers that run the length of the rug. Generally, the more knots per square inch, the more valuable the rug.
Q. What is a vegetable dyed rug?
A. After wool is spun into yarn it is colored with vegetable dyes grown in Pakistan and India. These natural dyes are non-toxic and include indigo, madder, ousparak, and walnut husk to mention a few. Hanks of yarn are then suspended from sticks and immersed in tubs and set out to dye. After drying the rug is washed several times, brushed and dried before making it’s way to you.
Q. Should I get a rug pad?
A. Rug padding is used for a number of reasons. They help add life to your rugs. They are a safety factor, they will hold your rugs in place. They also absorb noise. We recommend padding for all your rug purchases.
Q. How do I know my order has been received?
A. Confirmation will be e-mailed within 48 hours. Any specials, coupons or promotions will be reflected in your confirmation.
Q. How true are the colors?
A. we display the most accurate colors possible, but we cannot be responsible for individual monitor settings.
